All Sections must be filled and all information must be clear, legible and must meet our requirements below. Submissions that deviate from our instructions will not be processed or delayed.

7. Description: Let us know in detail what you are requesting so we can better serve you. Example: Centered, Front, Back, Top Left or Right Logo etc.
8. Attachments: Please make sure that your images are of good quality. We always recommend and prefer 300 resolution PNG or PDF. If you are unsure, please give us a call to avoid delays. 
9. Supported file types: jpg, jpeg, png and pdf.
10. Review: Please review all your entries and when you are ready, go ahead and hit the submit button. If you are unsure and/or still have questions, please feel free to give us a call at 920-783-6777. 
11. NOTES: There will be a $35 - $50 Charge if artwork needs re-design or is flagged as not meeting quality standards.
